Cotton Candy Halloween Gin Cocktail

What you need: – Fresh lemon – Indigo gin – Peach simple syrup – Peach bitters – Cotton candy – Decorating sugar – Dehydrated orange slice

Pour the decorating sugar into a shallow dish. Run a wedge of lemon around the rim of a glass. Dip the glass rim in sugar. Pile some cotton candy into the glass. Set aside.

Combine gin, peach syrup, lemon juice and peach bitters in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice.

Shake well and strain into your prepared glass, pouring directly over the cotton candy.

Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel. Sip and enjoy!
