Recipe: Maple Cream Cheese

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 – 4 Tbsp half and half
3 – 4 Tbsp maple sugar* (or brown sugar)

Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Whip on high speed, adding in half and half one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached. Add in maple sugar and beat mixture on high for 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.

*Maple sugar is easy to find online. My favorite comes from Doodles Sugarbush in Blanchard, Michigan.
