‘Tis the season to look ahead, seize a fresh start and set goals to accomplish in the year ahead. Each January 1, I find myself resetting the same (weight-related) resolution. While this seems better than admitting defeat, this year I’m tired of the pattern. So I decided to set new goals for myself in 2013 – a set of small, attainable resolutions that if when(!) reached will improve my world without breaking the bank account or my willpower.
