Angostura bitters elevate this sweet cocktail to peach pie dessert status, making a peach pie martini the perfect summer (or dreaming of summer) night cap.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz peach schnapps/liqueur
  • 1.5 oz peach syrup
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 5 dashes aromatic bitters
  • Cinnamon and sugar for garnish

Instructions

Run a wedge of lemon around the top of your glass and dip it in the cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker full of ice. 

Shake well.

Strain into your prepared martini glass.
