Elderflower Margaritas

A subtle twist on a classic tequila cocktail, this elderflower margarita recipe will definitely level up your Taco Tuesdays.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur (I use St. Germain)
  • 2 oz fresh lime juice (2-3 limes)
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz triple sec
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

Prep your glass: 

Run a wedge of lime around the rim of your glass. 

Pour some salt into a shallow dish and gently run the rim of your glass through the salt. 

Fill your salted glass with ice. 

Set aside. 

Make your margarita:

Combine tequila, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and triple sec in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. 

Shake well. 

Pour into the prepared glass.
