Full of fresh blueberries and bright lemon juice, this easy blueberry lavender lemonade recipe is the ideal mix of sweet and tart and perfect for summer.
Place the blueberries and lemon juice in a blender or small food processor and blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
Combine blueberry mixture, lavender syrup, and water in a large pitcher.
Stir well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
To serve: Pour into tall glasses filled with ice cubes. Garnish with fresh blueberries, lemon slices, and/or sprigs of fresh lavender.
By the glass: In a small bowl, muddle ¼ cup blueberries and 1 ounce fresh lemon juice until blueberries are completely crushed. Strain the mixture into a tall, highball glass. Add 1.5 ounces of lavender syrup and 5 ounces of water, sparkling water, or club soda. Stir to combine. Add ice to fill the glass. Sip and enjoy!
