Whether for game day or a hearty snack, these quick and simple Chili Rubbed Baked Chicken Wings are sure to be a hit.
Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and salt. Set aside.
Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Drizzle wings with oil and toss to coat.
Sprinkle spice mixture over wings. Toss well to coat.
Spread the wings out in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes. Flip wings over. Bake for another 15-20 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the wing reads 170 degrees.
For crispy wings, place them under the broiler for 4-5 minutes after baking.
Enjoy with roasted red pepper dip and/or ranch dressing.
