Chocolate martinis are a delicious cocktail twist on a chocolate milkshake. In this chocolate caramel version, caramel vodka, Godiva liqueur, and vanilla ice cream combine for a decadent and creamy dessert cocktail. 


Units Scale
  • 2 oz caramel vodka
  • 1 oz Godiva chocolate Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz milk
  • 4 dashes chocolate bitters
  • 1/4 c vanilla ice cream
  • Cocoa powder (for garnish)
  • Chocolate syrup (for garnish)


Drizzle the inside of a glass with chocolate sauce. Set aside. 

Place caramel vodka, chocolate liqueur, coffee liqueur, milk, ice cream and bitters in a cocktail shaker with 3-4 ice cubes. 

Cover and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. (You want to break down the ice cream so it mixes into your cocktail.) 

Strain into a coupe or martini glass

Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder!
