This strawberry infused vodka takes minutes to put together and only a couple days to become the freshest, fruit vodka.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup fresh, sliced strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups plain vodka
  • 1 pint mason jar with a tight-fitting lid

Instructions

Clean, and slice the fresh whole strawberries in half.

Put berries in a clean, 1 pint mason jar.

Fill the jar to the top with plain vodka.

Tightly cover the jar and put it in a cool, dark place - like a pantry or cupboard.

Let the jar sit for 2-5 days.

Place a fine mesh strainer over a bowl. (Optional - Line with a coffee filter or cheesecloth to remove any tiny particles that may have fallen off the strawberries.) After at least 2 days, strain the strawberries out of the vodka by pouring them through the strainer.

Discard the berry remnants.

Enjoy the vodka!
