Easy Pear Gin Cocktail with Rosemary

The perfect drink for your holiday table, this pear gin cocktail uses fresh fruit and infused simple syrup to create an easy, elevated holiday cocktail.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz rosemary simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz ginger liqueur
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 slice of fresh, ripe pear
  • Fresh rosemary (for garnish)

Instructions

Place the slice of pear and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Using a muddler, gently crush and break up the pear.

Add ice to the cocktail shaker.

Add gin, rosemary simple syrup, and ginger liqueur.

Shake well.

Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and/or a slice of pear.
