Whether you choose to rim your glass with coarse salt, or skip it, this refreshing virgin Paloma mocktail is the perfect sip for your next Taco Tuesday.
Run a piece of grapefruit around the rim of a glass and dip the rim in a small plate of coarse salt. Fill with ice cubes and set aside.
Combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, and grapefruit simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and pour into the prepared glass.
Top with club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge, if desired.
