Units Scale
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cups mixed nuts
  • 1 tsp EACH - brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary OR 2 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Place the nuts in your slow cooker. Add olive oil and stir until the nuts are coated.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and rosemary.

Add the spice mixture to your slow cooker and stir until all of the nuts are well-coated.

Put the lid on your slow cooker and set it to low heat.

Cook nuts for 2 hours, stirring every 20-30 minutes.

Spread the warm, savory spiced nuts out on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Allow to cool to room temperature before enjoying or storing in your pantry.

Do not skip stirring the nuts every 20-30 minutes or the nuts will burn.
