‘Tis the season! Many hours have been spent in downtown Grand Rapids, exploring ArtPrize 2014. Here are a few faves.

Family Trip to Klackle Orchards

It’s not fall until I’ve picked apples off the tree during a family trip to Klackle Orchards. My niece and nephew are usually pretty anti-camera, but this trip they were very willing to help me “take pictures of the apples.” This photo of my nephew is my new favorite.

Headed down to the Lake Huron shore to watch the sunrise. Mother Nature had other ideas and sent the fog rolling in instead.

A Final Dose of Blooms

This is probably my last dose of pink blossoms for the year. I was surprised to find so many flowers, including a few roses, still in bloom this late in the year.
