Honey Mustard Chicken

In a small bowl, mix together yellow mustard, honey, garlic powder and curry powder.

Spread mustard mixture over boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 mins.

Remove the cooked chicken from the pan and reserve the pan sauce.

Serve chicken topped with 1-2 Tbsp pan sauce and crispy, crumbled bacon.
