What You Need - Brown sugar syrup  - Apple cinnamon infused gin - A lemon - Prosecco or Brut Champagne

Pour cold, fresh lemon juice into a champagne flute or coupe glass.

Add chilled brown sugar syrup to the champagne flute or coupe glass.

Pour apple cinnamon infused gin into the champagne flute or coupe glass.

Top will chilled prosecco or Brut champagne.  Garnish with a wedge of apple or a lemon peel twist. Sip and enjoy!
