Black Bean Mango Salsa

What you need:  Canned black beans, Frozen corn, Mango, Tomatoes, Bell pepper, Onion, Cilantro, Lime juice, Red wine vinegar, Salt

- Drain and rinse the black beans. - Thaw the corn under cold water. - Dice up the pepper, onion, mango, tomatoes, and cilantro.

Add the lime juice, red wine vinegar, and salt. Mix everything together. Chill for 2-3 hours before serving with tortilla chips, or over grilled chicken or fish.
