Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad

What you need: Cooked chicken, onion, celery, dried cranberries, walnuts, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried tarragon, salt

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, tarragon and salt. Set aside.

Roughly chop the dried cranberries and finely chop the walnuts. Combine chicken, onion, celery, cranberries and walnuts in a large bowl.

Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken mixture and toss well to combine.

Serve on a bed of salad greens, in a sandwich or with crackers. Store in the refrigerator. Can be made up to 2 days ahead.
