Crispy Parmesan Potato Rounds


In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper.

Peel and slice 3-4 russet potatoes. Press each side of the potato slices into the cheese mixture. Place slices of potato onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.


Spray potatoes with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Flip potatoes over, spray the second side with cooking spray, and continue to cook for another 20 mins.


Serve Parmesan potatoes warm with a side of sour cream and enjoy!
