Gingerbread Syrup for Holiday Drinks

Ingredients:  – Brown Sugar – Water – Molasses – Vanilla Extract

– Whole Cloves – Fresh Ginger – Cinnamon Sticks

Bring water to a simmer. Add brown sugar and molasses. Stir until the sugars have dissolved. 

Add in cloves, cinnamon sticks, and fresh ginger. 

Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to come to room temperature. 

Remove the spices and pour the cooled gingerbread syrup into a glass container. Chill completely before using in cold drinks. 

Use your gingerbread syrup to sweeten hot or cold coffee, add to lattes, or stir into hot chocolate.
