Garlic Roasted in Olive Oil

What you need:  – Olive Oil – Fresh Garlic

Break apart the bulbs of garlic. Using a sharp paring knife, peel each garlic clove.

Place whole, peeled garlic into an oven proof dish.

Add enough olive oil to cover the cloves of garlic.

Bake at 350 degrees until garlic pierces very easily with a fork. Remove from oven and let cool 10-15 minutes.

Using a slotted spoon remove roasted garlic from the oil and place in an air-tight container. Store in the refrigerator.

Once the oil has cooled complete, strain into a bottle and use the garlic-flavored oil in your cooking.

Enjoy roasted garlic in pasta, stirred into mashed potatoes, on pizza, or spread on a fresh piece of bread.
