Cinnamon Simple Syrup for Coffee and Cocktails

Ingredients:  – Sugar – Water – Cinnamon Sticks

Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium-high heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.

Add cinnamon sticks and let the mixture cool to room temperature. 

Transfer the syrup to an airtight glass container and refrigerate. Remove the cinnamon sticks after 24 hours. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

Cinnamon syrup is delicious stirred into your morning coffee or afternoon cup of tea.
