Homemade Potato Chips

Peel and thin slice russet potatoes. Thoroughly rinse potato sliced in a large bowl of cold water.

Drain water. Toss potato slices with vegetable oil (or another neutral tasting oil) and salt.

Lay potato slices in a single layer on parchment-lined baking sheets. Make sure the slices don't overlap. 

Bake potato slices at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
