How to Make Dried Sliced Oranges

What you need:  - Oranges and/or other citrus - Mandolin slicer or sharp knife - Wire rack - Parchment paper - Baking sheet

Thin slice oranges, and pat them dry with paper towel. 

Set the wire rack on the baking sheet and cover it with parchment. Place orange slices in a single layer on parchment paper. 

Bake in the oven for 3 hours, flipping slices occasionally, until they no longer feel wet or sticky. 

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.

Use in hot teas, as cocktail and mocktail garnish, or as holiday decorations.
