Homemade  Peach Syrup

What you need:  – Water – Fresh (or frozen) Peaches – Sugar

Combine the peaches, sugar, and water in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Bring the mixture to a bubble, reduce the heat to low, and allow the mixture to cook until the peaches are soft. About 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

Allow the mixture to cool. Using a potato masher, crush the peaches in the pot.

Pour peach mixture through a fine mesh sieve placed over a bowl.

Cool the syrup completely. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
