Pear & Gin Thanksgiving Cocktail

Ingredients:  – Gin – Rosemary simple syrup – Ginger liqueur – A lemon – A pear

Place the slice of pear and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Using a muddler, gently crush and break up the pear to create a pear puree.

Add ice to the cocktail shaker. Add gin, rosemary simple syrup, and ginger liqueur.

Shake well. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and/or a slice of pear. Enjoy!
