BBQ Chicken Flatbread

Ingredients: Your favorite bbq sauce, cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, red onion, corn, flatbread or naan bread, cilantro, avocado

Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce on EACH piece of flatbread.

Top each flatbread with ½ cup mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup cooked chicken, 1 tablespoon red onion, and 1 tablespoon of frozen corn.

Heat your grill (or oven) to 400 degrees. Place flatbread on the grill, close the grill lid, and grill for 5-7 minutes until the cheese has melted and the bottom of the flatbread is crispy.

Remove from the grill. Top with sliced avocado and chopped cilantro. Slice the flatbread and serve with BBQ sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
