Roasted Red Pepper Dip

What you need:  – Goat cheese – Roasted red peppers – Olive oil – Lemon juice – Salt

Place everything in a food processor and puree until ingredients are combined and dip is smooth.

Refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve.  You can make the dip up to 3 days in advance.
