Rub all sides of 3 lbs of
country-style pork ribs with
the spice rub. Place pork on
top of pineapple and onions
in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for
4 hours or low for 7 hours.
Once the meat has cooked,
turn off the slow cooker and
allow it rest for 15-20 mins.
Chop meat into bite
sized pieces using a sharp
knife or use 2 forks to pull
the meat apart.
Using a slotted spoon, remove as much of the onion and pineapple as you can from the liquid in the slow cooker and add it to the pulled pork. Mixeverything together well.
