Instructions
In a mixing glass half filled with ice, combine bourbon, pineapple syrup and aromatic bitters.
Stir for 10 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice or one large ice cube.
Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple.
