Instructions
In a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and lemon juice.
2 ounces pineapple juice,
1.5 ounces light rum,
1 ounce blue curaçao,
0.75 ounce cream of coconut,
0.5 ounce lemon juice
Shake well
Strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a pineapple leaf, slice of pineapple, and/or maraschino cherries.
