Cranberry Mimosas (Poinsettia Cocktails)

Instructions
Dip the top of your champagne flute into a few tablespoons of water in a shallow dish.
Dip the glass rim directly into a shallow dish of white sugar sprinkles. Set aside.
Pour cranberry juice into a champagne flute or coupe glass.
Top with prosecco, champagne or other dry sparkling wine.
Garnish with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
Notes
For a Poinsettia Cocktail, add 0.5 oz orange liqueur to the cocktail along with the cranberry juice.
