Fresh Apple Salsa with Strawberries

Fresh apples, strawberries, and mint come together with bright citrus in this fresh apple salsa. No cook fruit salsa is perfect for serving at summer parties or backyard barbecues.

medium strawberries

fresh mint

lemon juice

Instructions
Core and finely chop the apples. Place in a large bowl.
Remove the green tops from the strawberries. Finely chop each strawberry into small pieces. (About the same size as the apples.)
Add to the apples.
Finely dice the mint. Add to the fruit mixture.
Add orange zest, orange juice and lemon juice to the fruit and mint mixture.
Sprinkle the mixture with brown sugar and salt.
Gently toss everything together and mix until well combined.
Serve immediately with cinnamon sugar tortilla chips.
