Instructions
Run a piece of grapefruit around the rim of a glass and dip the rim in a small plate of coarse salt. Fill with ice cubes and set aside.

Combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, and grapefruit simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
3 oz grapefruit juice,
0.5 oz lime juice,
1.5 oz grapefruit syrup
Shake well and pour into the prepared glass.
Top with club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge, if desired.
