Ingredients

▢ 6 oz hot brewed coffee
▢ 2 tsp brown sugar, adjust to taste
▢ 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
▢ 2 oz heavy cream

Instructions

Combine coffee and brown sugar and stir to dissolve the sugar.
6 oz hot brewed coffee, 2 tsp brown sugar
Add whiskey.
1.5 oz Irish whiskey
Whip the heavy cream into very soft peaks.
2 oz heavy cream
Gently place the whipped cream on top of the hot coffee mixture.
Stir (optional), sip and enjoy.
