lavender syrup

lavender bitters
Instructions
Place blueberries, thyme and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
Muddle to crush the berries.
Add gin, lavender syrup, and lavender bitters.
Add ice.
Shake well.
Double strain through a fine mesh sieve into a Nick and Nora glass.
Garnish with fresh blueberries, a thyme sprig, and/or thin sliced lemon wedges.
Enjoy!
