Instructions
Place a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Set aside.
Combine bourbon, peach syrup, and 2 dashes of bitters in a mixing glass filled halfway with ice cubes.
Stir until mixture is well chilled, about 10 seconds.
Strain into your prepared rocks glass.
Using a vegetable peeler, remove a long slice of peel from the lemon.
Squeeze the lemon peel over your drink, so the citrus oil expresses into your glass.
Garnish with a slice of fresh peach.
