Fresh rosemary

for garnish
Instructions
Place the slice of pear and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
Using a muddler, gently crush and break up the pear.
Add ice to the cocktail shaker.
Add gin, rosemary simple syrup, and ginger liqueur.
Shake well.
Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and/or a slice of pear.
