Instructions
Muddle mint leaves and lime juice in a highball glass.
5-6 mint leaves,
0.5 oz lime juice
Fill the glass with ice cubes. Add strawberry simple syrup and watermelon juice.
2 oz strawberry simple syrup,
4 oz watermelon juice
Top with club soda.
1 oz club soda
Garnish your drink with a sprig of mint, lime wedge or small slice of watermelon.
Stir, sip and enjoy.
