A fall twist on a classic cocktail, this Pumpkin Spice White Russian is a three ingredient cocktail with decadent garnishes. Enjoy it any time you need a sweet treat, or as an after dinner drink on Thanksgiving.
Pour milk or cream onto a shallow dish.
In a separate small plate, combine the sugar and ground cinnamon.
Dip the rim of a rocks glass in the cream, then into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Fill the glass half full with ice cubes, or use one big ice cube, and set aside.
Pour vodka, spiced pumpkin roll liqueur, and coffee liqueur into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Double strain into your prepared glass.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
