Mixing up batches of drinks is a smart way to avoid stress when entertaining. Non alcoholic Peach Sangria provides your guests with a refreshing sip no matter their age or alcohol preference.

Have guests who enjoy alcohol? Set out some prosecco, and a bottle of gin and/or vodka along with a few shot glasses to allow your guests to create their own cocktail from this peach sangria mocktail recipe.

We're leaving out the simple syrup and sweetening this sangria with ginger beer and sparkling white grape juice. Peach juice (or peach nectar) adds the peach flavor while a little lemon juice and fresh thyme ensure your sangria isn’t too sweet.

Serve this sangria recipe in your favorite glassware. I love using a pretty rocks glass, but wine glasses also work well. Champagne flutes are a fun way to dress up this alcohol-free sangria, especially if you’re serving it at a baby shower or bridal shower.

    What's in Peach Non-Alcoholic Sangria

Ingredients for peach sangria mocktails - white grape juice, club soda, peach juice, ginger beer, peach, thyme, lemon.
    • Sparkling white grape juice - Stick to white grape juice. The rose or red versions of sparkling juice will overwhelm the peach flavor. If you can find sparkling peach white grape juice, that is a delicious substitute.
    • Peach juice - Also labeled as peach nectar in the stores. I find mine in the hispanic food section of my grocery store.
    • Ginger beer - Non alcoholic and stronger than ginger ale. Look for this in the mixers section of your grocery store or local liquor store.
    • Club soda - Free free to swap this our for plain sparkling water.

How to make Peach Sangria Mocktails

Slice your peach. Place peach slices, thyme, and lemon juice in a large pitcher. Muddle to break up the peach slices.

Add peach juice, sparkling white grape juice, and ginger beer. Stir gently to combine.

To serve, pour into a glass filled with ice and top with club soda.

Garish with a slice of peach and sprig of thyme.

Reminder: Don’t fill your pitcher with ice!

This is a common mistake I often make myself. When serving a pitcher full of delicious, cold beverages, you decide to keep it cold by adding lots of ice. But unless you serve the entire pitcher immediately, all you’re doing is watering down the entire pitcher of drinks.

Keep the pitcher in the refrigerator or set it on top of ice in a cooler or bucket, but don’t add any ice into the pitcher. Instead keep your guests’ glasses full of ice and add more as they need it or refresh/replace the ice with each drink refill.

FAQs and Tips on Non Alcoholic Peach Sangria

Does ginger beer have alcohol in it?

Nope! Think of the name like “root beer.” Ginger beer is a strong, ginger flavored soda pop that contains no alcohol.

What can I use instead of ginger beer?

If you’re not a fan of ginger beer, swap the ginger beer for 12 oz of ginger ale or lemon lime soda. Just don’t leave the soda out completely - it’s used to sweeten this drink instead of adding simple syrup.

Where can I buy peach juice?

My local stores carry it in the refrigerated juice section next to the other juices. Peach nectar is a great substitute for peach juice that you can usually find in the pantry section of stores since it doesn’t need to be refrigerated until it’s open.

Can I use frozen peaches instead of fresh?

Absolutely. Just thaw them first so they’re easy to muddle. Don’t use canned peaches in this recipe.

Can I make this recipe ahead of time?

Yes! It’s best served the day you make it, but you can mix everything together earlier in the day before your guests arrive. Just save topping the sangria with club soda until you’re serving it. That will help keep the drink fizzy.

How do I make this mocktail into a cocktail?

There are 2 easy options - Add 1 cup of vodka or gin to the pitcher with the fruit juices, or swap the club soda on the top of each glass for prosecco or other dry sparkling white wine.
