Skip to RecipeA refreshing glass of sangria is the perfect sip on a hot summer day, but who says it has to have alcohol in it? Made with fresh peaches, sparking white grape juice, ginger beer, lemon, and thyme, these sparkling non alcoholic peach sangria mocktails are light and refreshing. Easy to make for your next beach day or summer party, but elegant enough to serve at a bridal shower or baby shower.

Mixing up batches of drinks is a smart way to avoid stress when entertaining. Non alcoholic Peach Sangria provides your guests with a refreshing sip no matter their age or alcohol preference.
We’re leaving out the simple syrup and sweetening this sangria with ginger beer and sparkling white grape juice. Peach juice (or peach nectar) adds the peach flavor while a little lemon juice and fresh thyme ensure your sangria isn’t too sweet.
Serve this sangria recipe in your favorite glassware. I love using a pretty rocks glass, but wine glasses also work well. Champagne flutes are a fun way to dress up this alcohol-free sangria, especially if you’re serving it at a baby shower or bridal shower. (Just be sure to use crushed ice in the champagne flutes since they tend to be thin and don’t hold up well to larger ice cubes.)
Ingredients

- Sparkling white grape juice – Stick to white grape juice for this recipe. The rose or red versions of sparkling juice will overwhelm the peach flavor. If you can find sparkling peach white grape juice, that is a delicious substitute.
- Peach juice – My local stores carry it in the refrigerated juice section next to the other juices. Just be sure it isn’t a blend of a bunch of other juices as well. You can also use peach nectar, which is shelf stable and I find in the hispanic food section of my local grocery stores.
- Ginger beer – Like its root beer cousin, ginger beer is non-alcoholic. It has a stronger ginger flavor than ginger ale that pairs really well with peaches. Look for it in the alcohol mixers section of your grocery store or local liquor store. If you want less of a ginger flavor, you can use ginger ale instead. If you don’t like ginger at all, swap it out for lemon lime soda.
- Club soda – Club soda gives off the most bubbles, but free free to swap this our for plain sparkling water if you prefer.
- Lemon – Fresh lemon adds a bright citrus note that helps keep everything from being too sweet. Take the time to squeeze a lemon for this recipe. You should need about half a lemon, depending on size.
- Peach – Muddling a fresh ripe peach into this sangria really helps to enhance the peach flavor. If you can’t find fresh peaches, you can swap this out for thawed, frozen peaches.
- Fresh Thyme – Thyme may seem like an unusual herb to use in drinks, but I love it with stone fruits. It adds a subtle earthy flavor to this sangria that keeps it from being too sweet and makes it feel much more grown up.
How to Make Peach Sangria Mocktails

Slice your peach. Place peach slices, thyme, and lemon juice in a large pitcher. Muddle to break up the peach slices.

Add peach juice, sparkling white grape juice, and ginger beer. Stir gently to combine.
Have guests who enjoy alcohol? There are 3 easy options for turning this recipe into a cocktail – (1) Add 1 cup of vodka to the pitcher with the fruit juices, (2) use a dry white wine in place of the sparkling white grape juice or (3) swap the club soda on the top of each glass for prosecco or other dry sparkling white wine. The last option works great if you’re serving a mix of guests who do/don’t drink and only want to add alcohol to a few glasses of sangria.

Pro Tip
Keep the ice in your glasses, not in your pitcher. This is a common mistake I used to make myself. When serving a pitcher full of delicious, cold beverages, you decide to keep it cold by adding lots of ice. But unless you serve the entire pitcher immediately, all you’re really doing is watering down the entire pitcher of drinks.
Keep the pitcher in the refrigerator or set it on top of ice in a cooler or bucket, but don’t add any ice into the pitcher. Instead keep your guests’ glasses full of ice and add more as they need it or refresh/replace the ice with each drink refill.

Can I Make This Non-Alcoholic Peach Sangria Ahead of Time?
Yes, but only by a few hours. Because of all the fizzy elements in it, this sangria is best served soon after you make it. But you can muddle everything together earlier in the day, then add the carbonated ingredients – ginger beer, sparkling juice – just before your guests arrive. Save topping the sangria with club soda until you’re actually serving it. That will help ensure the drink has enough fizz when your guests are enjoying it.
