This bbq chicken flatbread recipe is a super easy meal for any busy night. It’s ready in just 15 minutes, and easy to customize for every member of the family.
Spread 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce on each piece of flatbread.
¼ cup barbecue sauce, 4 pieces flatbread
Top each flatbread with ½ cup mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup cooked chicken, 1 tablespoon red onion, and 1 tablespoon of frozen corn.

Heat your grill to 400 degrees.
Place flatbread on the grill, close the grill lid, and grill for 5-7 minutes until the cheese has melted and the bottom of the flatbread is crispy.
Remove from the grill.
Top with sliced avocado and chopped cilantro.

Slice the flatbread and serve with BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
To make this recipe using the oven: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Follow the recipe, but instead of placing the prepared flatbread onto the grill, bake the flatbreads on ungreased cookie sheets for 10-12 minutes or until the bottom is crispy.
