Chocolate Martini Recipe
The perfect dessert cocktail for chocolate lovers, this chocolate martini recipe is a creamy, decadent sip. Caramel vodka, chocolate cream liqueur, coffee liqueur, and a little vanilla ice cream combine for an indulgent cocktail that's sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- 2 oz caramel vodka
- 1 oz chocolate Liqueur
- 0.5 oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz milk
- 4 dashes chocolate bitters
- ¼ cup vanilla ice cream
- Cocoa powder, for garnish
- Chocolate syrup, for garnish
Instructions
- Drizzle the inside of a glass with chocolate sauce. Set aside.Chocolate syrup
- Place caramel vodka, chocolate liqueur, coffee liqueur, milk, ice cream and bitters in a cocktail shaker with 3-4 ice cubes.2 oz caramel vodka, 1 oz chocolate Liqueur, 0.5 oz coffee liqueur, 1 oz milk, 4 dashes chocolate bitters, ¼ cup vanilla ice cream
- Cover and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. (You want to break down the ice cream so it mixes into your cocktail.)
- Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
