The classic Cuban mojito is about as refreshing as a cocktail can get. Mint, lime, a little sweet, a lot fizzy - it’s the perfect drink for a hot day or any time you want to sip something light and bubbly.

Instructions
Place the lime juice and mint in a tall glass.
0.5 oz lime juice,
3-4 large mint leaves
Muddle gently to break up the mint leaves.
Add rum and simple syrup.
2 oz white rum,
1 oz
simple syrup
Fill the glass with ice cubes and add the club soda.
4 oz club soda
Give your drink a gentle stir and garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
