lime juice

fresh squeezed

simple syrup

orange liqueur

or triple sec

Instructions
Prep your glass:
Run a wedge of lime around the rim of your glass.
Pour some salt into a shallow dish and gently run the rim of your glass through the salt.

Fill your salted glass with ice cubes.
Set aside.
Make your margarita:
Combine tequila, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and triple sec in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
2 oz silver tequila,
1 oz elderflower liqueur,
2 oz lime juice,
1 oz simple syrup,
0.5 oz orange liqueur
Shake well.
Pour into the prepared glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

Notes
Fresh lime juice is important here! Don’t use bottled lime juice. You'll need about 2 limes per cocktail.
