Instructions
Combine cold brew coffee, coffee syrup, cream (if using), vanilla extract, and cocoa powder in a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes.
3 oz cold brew coffee,
1.5 oz coffee syrup,
½ teaspoon vanilla extract,
¼ teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder,
0.75 oz heavy cream
Shake for 10 seconds.
Double strain into a small coupe glass or martini glass.
Garnish with 3 coffee beans and/or a dusting of cocoa powder.
Notes
If your drink seems overly frothy after shaking it, tap the bottom of the cocktail shaker on the counter a couple of times before you pour.
