Made with fresh ingredients you can easily find at your local grocery store or farmers market, this fresh mango peach salsa recipe is a celebration of summer flavors. Serve it with your favorite tortilla chips, or use it to top grilled chicken or fish.
Chop all ingredients. Place everything in a large bowl, tossing well to combine. (Start with 1 teaspoon of salt, mix it in, then add the second teaspoon if you’d like.)
Serve at room temperature or chilled, with your favorite tortilla chips.
Notes
The salsa will produce lots of juice, especially after you add the salt. You can leave it as is or strain some of the liquid off before serving - your choice!
