Non-Alcoholic Pineapple Strawberry Mocktail

This virgin cocktail is much more than a strawberry mocktail spritzer. With fresh herbs, fresh fruit, and homemade simple syrup shaken up in a cocktail shaker, a Pineapple Strawberry Mocktail is full of flavor and the perfect sip for those who love fruity drinks.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 whole strawberry
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 oz orange juice, fresh squeezed
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 3 dashes elderflower water
  • 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions
 

  • Place strawberry, mint leaves, and orange juice in a cocktail shaker.
  • Muddle until the strawberry is crushed.
  • Add pineapple juice, simple syrup, and elderflower water.
  • Fill the shaker half full with ice. Shake well.
  • Double strain into a martini glass.
  • Top with sparkling water.
  • Garnish with fresh mint and/or a slice of strawberry.
