Oven Baked Chicken Wings (Dry Rub)

Instructions
Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and salt. Set aside.
2 Tbsp chili powder,
2 Tbsp garlic powder,
1 Tbsp onion powder,
1 Tbsp paprika,
1 Tbsp oregano,
1 tsp salt,
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Drizzle wings with oil and toss to coat.
3 pounds chicken wings,
¼ cup vegetable oil
Sprinkle spice mixture over wings. Toss well to coat.
Spread the wings out in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Flip wings over.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the wing reads 170 degrees.
For crispy wings, place them under the broiler for 4-5 minutes after baking.
Enjoy with roasted red pepper dip and/or ranch dressing.
