Strawberry Lemonade Cocktail
This strawberry lemonade cocktail with vodka is a delicious drink for a hot summer day! Make one drink for yourself or a pitcher for your next happy hour.
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz strawberry syrup
- 0.5 oz lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 3-4 oz club soda
- 1 mint sprig
Instructions
- In a highball glass filled with ice cubes, strawberry syrup, vodka, and lemon juice. (For a layer effect, add the ingredients in the order listed - pouring them slowly over the ice cubes or the back of a spoon.)2 oz vodka, 2 oz strawberry syrup, 0.5 oz lemon juice
- Top with club soda or sparkling water to fill the glass.3-4 oz club soda
- Give the mint a clap between your hands, then add it to the glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge and/or fresh strawberries.1 mint sprig
